Worked on one of me ESP Juggular trucks. I setup the lower links different, then how ESP has them in the directions

Should have used metal ball links instead of the plastic ones. They are much stronger. Mine kept coming off.

I have never had a problem with the plastic rod ends, instead of using the provided thread rod in the kit. I picked up longer screws to thread deeper into the rod end, an not a fan of metal rod ends. Expensive to replace, when they wear out over time.

Mocked it up with the body and tires. To see if I need to make any adjustments to the setup.

I’ve been bashing the ESP Juggular setup since it came in 2000-01 and other ESP kits. May have only replaced 2-3 ends.I upgrade all the threaded rod to longer ones, and screw all the way into the rod end. I have no shelf queen’s and drive my trucks like I stole them.
Plus the metal ends in the link won’t work with the ESP links , cause there 6/32 not 3mm.

OH? I used stock sized 3mm rod ends. 6-32 monster links are more expensive. Sure the plastic 6-32 will hold up longer but metal will last forever. All ESP products are over priced. I converted my whole truck to aluminum metal except the center transmission gears. I kept braking the plastic axle housing as well as all the other plastic parts. I even made my own custom full cage aluminum frame. SO who's bashing harder now???????

That’s your choice on how you build your stuff. But I explained, how I build my trucks and to help people get ideas for there builds. An this isn’t a competition on who beats there truck the hardest.

Just have I. Built proof the whole truck with aluminum. All the plastic parts are junk. Even the rims failed.
