I order some aluminum tubing from Crawford Performance Engineering to make the suspension link and steering tie rods. It should be here next week some time.

I had some free time yesterday to work on my juggernaut 2 project. I went to ACE Hardware and picked up some 3mm SS button head. I still need alot more screws for it. Sorry for the crappie cellphone pics.

I had some free time today. Here is a small update on my juggernaut 2 project. I still have to hook up the steering, lock-out the rear steering and install the revo shafts. The body is just resting on the chassis, I think the body looks great on there.

I think you're right, the body does look good on there!

That is a sharp looking body and I think the height of it is perfect for that setup.

I mite open the wheel wells a little bit, after I run it to see were it rubs the body.

I have been looking at Arco's juggernaut and been thinking about putting the Ford F-350 back on. An to look a little bit like his.

I went to take the truck a part. An the all the paint came off. So I had the frame powder coated gloss black. Here is a pic of the frame:

I looked every where for the battery support braces for the battery tray. So I just made some out of aluminum.

I think you'll find it too high, moving the shocks up to the factory spots will drop it and make the truck more drivable.

Totally agree ...with it so high you'll find it a touch top heavy and un stable

I got the frame back from powder coat. It looks really nice and shiny. It was powder coated gloss black. Here are some pics of it back together.

Just add 2 more Juggernaut 2's to my collect. The 3rd will be a full basher with ESP chassis kit and here is a pic of my 4th one. It will be almost stock with some machined parts from Mike Hesse down the road.

Yes the black body juggernaut 2, is the 4th. The 3rd juggernaut is in parts right now, waiting to order more stuff for it.
