Here is another slow build of mine. This is what it looked like before I took it a part to black out the frame. I just got the ESP chassis upgrade kit today. It has the ESP cantilever kit, the long wheelbase kit to. That im going to shorten from 14" to 13". I have mhesse txt mounting blocks that are not in the pics. Here are some pics for now.

Are you really going to run cantilevers? Not a fan of them myself. One more moving part to fail.
Are you putting on the plastic upper truck frame?

Looking clean, if you need extra cross members grab some 3/8ths delrin off e-bay it's great to work with.

I'm still thinking if im going to run the cantilever kit or do straight shocks. As for the stock plastic upper chassis I don't have it anymore, plus I mite a make a upper tube chassis to fit the stock juggernaut f-350 body. As for the cross members I have alot of them already.

I prefer the looks of cantilevers but I prefer the performance of stand up shocks.

Keep us posted.

Nice start. It's great to see all these Juggs and TXT's popping up again!! Cants are fine with the stock brushed setup, but once you go with hotter motors or brushless, you may want to go with vertical shocks.

I'll keep everyone updated on this build and I'll be using the stock brushed motors for alittle time.

I was looking over the ESP chassis kit and 2 of the cross members center holes was way off, called ESP up and talked them. They are sending me to New cross members, no Q. asked.

To this day, I have never heard of any complaints with ESP's customer service. They take care of their customers.

Hi everyone, I just got home from a Halloween party that my work thru for co-workers and family. You can't beat free food and about six 1/2 barrel kegs of beer on tap. It was a amazing time!!! I just finished polishing the ESP chassis upgrade kit and painted the juggernaut chassis plates with a textured black/ silver flake paint it came out amazing, it looks better in person then a pic.

I redid the esc mount for the juggernaut frame:

What do you guys think will look best for screws. It will be Stainless steel screws or black screws. Any help would be nice.

I think stainless steel would look good since they will contrast the chassis. On my ZIlla 2 I put black hex hardware to contrast the chassis I think it looks cool that way

That's what I was thinking about kjr2, but I just to see what other people's opinion. I think there is a guy on rccrawler that sells all different sizes,10 screws for a $1 and 10 lock nuts for $1. I could be off on the price alittle bit.

If there is post a link, I need some screws. I visit over there but mainly just to look through the for sale section.

I'd also go with ss screws for the same reason Kenny gave.
