Juggernaut 2 Liberator question

Hello everybody, I've been trying to get in contact with the guy who built the Liberator Juggernaut (post #5 here http://www.rcmt.net/forums/showthread.php?20-Picture-Gallery

but I've had little success. I would like some help on the setup of it to help benefit my own restoration project. If anyone else knows anything about this feel free to let me know
