I noticed that there are no more products from JPS on the site. Are you no longer carrying their aluminum goodies? :(

His service isn't that great anyway to really buy from the guy. I only buy from him when it's something one of kind that only he has and makes that i can't get no where else. Go straight to www.jpspro.com and you even got a better deal of getting complete axles with the chassis for a even $600.00.

Hmmm...it sounds like RC4WD's service has gone down a few notches. It used to be the best out there.

I've read *way* too many horror stories about buying from JPS, but that might be my only option at this point if RC4WD is out of the loop. :( That's a scary though.

Can anyone from RC4WD answer my question about JPS parts availability?

You're right, both of them are not real good in service but make up for it in product wise although I have ran into some people even having problems or had had problems with some machined goods from Hua at rc4wd. Paul over at JPS is one guy that never seems to keep good communication with his customers once he hurry's and charges they're card information for what they ordered and then has them wait weeks to months for what they purchased, but this is due to him being a one man band and just him and his wife who runs the business, I on the other hand have experienced the worst from him with a chassis that i waited 3 years for. It's a real long story that i'm much too lazy to type and bore you with but yeah 3 years, Hua i once ordered a complete Jugg body set and waited just shy of 2 months for and when it did get here he forgot to include the decal sheet for it and sent me one out that i then had to wait few weeks for too. It really is a bummer when you want real awesome pieces from some companies and they do this to their customers without taking into consideration and fact that without us, their customers they don't get a pay check and they can't put food on the table but i guess some will always over look that aspect which is really sad. Hua had a phone number he posted some long time ago over on Clodtalk for people to reach him at if they needed urgent help or assistance with anything and now when you call that number it gives you a recording saying that its temp out of service or isn't working, I don't think it's fully disconnected but it's no longer a reachable number to get him at anymore sadly.

We no longer carry other companies products, except a few things from Proline and Tamiya.

If anybody have any issues, feel free to contact me or our support team.

We check our email everyday and almost all orders get ship out within 1-2 days. Unless it's on backorder and we do keep customer updated. And we update our website very often as well, so people know what's out of stock.

Just since June, our inventory probably grow by 400% already. We have more products in stock than ever.
