We're proud to introduce our brand new Terminator lightweight race chassis for the Clodbuster!

The wheelbase as pictured is 13" and can be adjusted up to 13.5", with the ability to shift weight towards the front or rear of the chassis. The new bare chassis weighs in at only 5.5 oz and incorporates a revised sway bar design that also limits overall suspension travel. As with all of our chassis, this can handle any style stick battery pack or LiPo batteries while keeping a low center of gravity. This chassis accepts both standard 3.5" or 4" long shocks (Traxxas Big Bore shocks pictured)

This improved design provides each user the ability to fine tune the suspension to your driving style through multiple mounting points for the upper and lower 4-link bars plus shock mounting positions. Our new sway bar system allows for improved cornering and control. This chassis is perfect for racing, and can easily handle all the abuse you can throw at it.

The chassis pictured below is our production chassis, and we will make these available in three levels:

1. Base Chassis: This will include the CF center chassis, sway bar assemblies, CF cross braces, and electronics plate. No links are included. $89.99
2. Standard Chassis: This includes everything in the base chassis plus: machined lower links, carbon fiber upper links, body mount kit, plus a full SS hardware package. $174.99
3. Pro Race Chassis Kit: This includes everything in the standard chassis plus: ultra-duty machined upper 4-link mounts, front steering servo mount with carbon fiber steering links, and carbon fiber rear steer lockout kit. $219.99

This pricing makes this the most easily the affordable carbon fiber race chassis available today! These are not yet listed on our website, but are available for immediate delivery well in advance of the holidays and upcoming race season.

wow brett that chassis looks awsome. I really like the new sway bar design similiar to the one on my chassis from Bari. Should be a great performer in the rcmtra next year. The only thing I'm a bit leary of would be the wheel base length as I know most people prefer between 12.5 and 13. Hopefully ure little secret will be a bta steering kit????

Thanks for the compliments. As far as the wheelbase goes, the chassis allows you to move down to a 13" WB using existing holes. If shorter than that is required, you can always just remove the hex nuts at each end of the lower links. Each hex is 1/8" thick, so you could shorten the WB another 1/2" (down to 12.5") if necessary.

That sounds perfect then. I may have to update my older homebuilt clod with this new chassis. Its by far the highest quality chassis in that price range if not the only chassis in that pricerange.

Chassis looks great! :tmb

How wide is the chassis? Also, are those the short, or long big bores on the above truck?

Chassis is 3.5" wide, and those are the longer Big Bore shocks installed. There are enough shock mounting positions to allow for the use of the standard Big Bore versions as well.

Thanks for the compliment. I only wish I was as good with tubing as you are...

Great looking truck! Wish I would have waited for the production version. Just gives me another excuse to get another chassis!

Production and prototypes are identical with the exception of the CF vs. aluminum side plates. An upgrade would be a fairly easy thing to do if required down the road.

Love the chassis! Saw it on Ebay and was getting ready to buy one, but it isn't on there anymore. Just wondering how i can purchase one since they aren't listed on your website? The sooner I can get one, the better!
