Hey Derek, the frequencies I remember us being allowed to use on the monster truck track for the past 2 years were FM 61, 81, 83, & 86, and ch. 6 (Blue) for 27 MHz AM. I'm not sure if those will be the same for this year though...

Brad, you can add my name to the roll call list for monster truck drivers. I plan on having 3 performing trucks there and my retro for display.

So far for racers that said they could make it at least a day or two are:

We will need more racers than this so start calling around if know anyone else that might like to come.
I'll also need to know what days each of you will be there and who can help with setup on Wed the 21st.

i'll be able to make it Saturday and Sunday. if it wasnt for school i'd be there wedesday to set-up as well. oh well:ack

maybe pullers can help (drive) the racers a little and vice versa.... I know i can race a little but not very well but i will get on the line.

Sat & Sun are the important days. Show opens @ 9 on Thurs & Fri and @10 on Sat & Sun. Its good to get in at least 1/2 hour before the doors open for the public, preferably an hour early to get bats charged and make repairs ect.

Thurs & Fri we may have to pull double duty on the Pulling & Monster tracks to have enough for a show if can't get a few more drivers for those days.

I can help with the racing. I race 1/10 stadium truck regularly and 1/8 buggy and truggy now and again. Many time track champion with 1/10 touring car. Probably can make fool of myself pretty good driving a monster truck.

Right now I have Greg Langlois and myself confirmed to attend Friday Saturday and Sunday
with Tony Williams and Junior Williams tenative (will confirm Monday or Tuesday)

Sorry Brad but I may have to pull out. Ill let you know for sure this coming week or not. I'll be available to help setup the track and such but I am not sure if Ill be able to run a truck or not. I may be working another booth. Not sure yet I have to wait on the word from this company if they want me at the booth.

If you booked a room at the host hotel, call them to confirm or rebook. They updated their reservation computer system and some of the info was lost.

For anyone who does not know that is a great rate to jump on. The chicagoland areas hotels are not exactley cheap.

everyone that had rooms booked at the hotel please call and check again I guess they had a glitch or crash and have lost all of the reservations for that weekend.....
also a complete or as complete as you can get list needs to get to Darren Grillo or Brad for credentials
