I see a MaxD body, a set of those wheels, a set of Hilift axles and some tubing coming together very nicely.

You guys also have to think. A kid goes into a hobbyshop and sees some monster jam rc's. Which one will their parents buy them? A 200 dollar stampede or a 400 dollar stampede. All part of making money.

I like the fact that we have some more option parts for the Pedes now. Look, green springs, bumpers, skidplates, etc. Adjustable rear body posts finally! That Grave Digger body looks good, I might actually buy one now and ive never owned one before. I wont complain as long as somebody is coming out with new parts and ideas because at least we guys who modify everything have more stuff to choose from :)

I'm guessing the Monster Mutt and Max D versions wil be released later as they have the videos up on their website:tmb

The replica bodies would be nice, but if they're Pede sized I'm pretty sure they'll be too small on a GP or Clod. Someone with a Pede can confirm though. If they made Maxx sized one, that would be good for a lot of people even if the bodies aren't perfect replicas.

Traxxas involvement with Monster Jam will only help the Ground Pounder, Wheely King, and Clod sales and overall awareness. A 2WD/2WS Stampede will sell, but people will also see the more realistic 4WD/4WS solid axle platforms that are available.

Wow, that could just be the standard Tower Hobbies guesstimate for now. I'd expect a price closer to the $225-250 range.

I like the new bumper on grave digger. It looks like it should really take a beating with that extra mount.

I hope they start selling the bodies soon, my boys birthday is the end of Feb and I would like to see a Monster Mutt and Grave Digger on his WK. I think I like those tires too. They just need to do a 4x4 version and I might jump on one myself.

ill be in for some wheels/tires and maybe a couple bodies.
i wish they didnt paint over the windshields, though.
looks like the wheels still have different offset front and back, too.

out of all the stuff traxxas has done they had to put it on a stampede? why couldnt they make a real truck to put under those bodies? even then the bodies dont look that great.. just my 2 cents..:bang

I like the bodies and the tires although they look a little narrow. But it loses the whole monster truck effect when you see the IFS. By hey, who knows. Perhaps this will get more people into monster trucks and as such get more companies to release new MTs. Maybe even a Clod rebirth.

I'm just happy there is a new monster truck option.
For a segment of the market that is overlooked many times I think we should be happy and thank Traxxas.

Just to anger all the haters I'm going to buy 2 :tmb
I'll probably grab a Max D and put the body on a Wheely King axle build and grab up a Monster Mutt.
