HR shocks vs RC4WD shocks

Hey guys, I can't find any RC4WD ultimate scale shocks in the size I want. Does anyone know about these HR's? I am mostly wondering about the shock body width. From the pics they looks to be about the same size, both shafts are 3mm, I just can't find anything on the HR body diameter.
