No problem dude. Be aware that the Integy piggybacks are functional, therefore require more oil than most shocks ;)

Yeah, I have had a set before. I do believe that is what I'm going to use, for looks if nothing else. I'm going with the Novak Super Duty XR ESC so I can more options down the road and some Integy lathe motors for now.

Speaking of integy lathe motors, 55T seems to be the most used, is it a good balance of torque and rpm? I noticed there were 65T, 55T, and 45T. Are these lathe motors easy to stall?

I've never had lathe motors in my truck and I've only driven a truck with lathe motors once. The RPM/volt rating is very low, due to the high number of turns, so they are very slow. Much slower (talking about top speed here) than silver can motors geared the same.

So the RPM is quite low. BUT the torque is very high and the throttle response is very smooth and controllable. They are not easy to stall. It is the opposite. They are harder to stall than most.

As for which turn to get--35/45/55/65, I think it a personal preference. 55t is the most common, but that might be because that's all there used to be! The others have not been around for very long. Hopefully someone else can speak up about that...

You could probably do it, but you'd have problems with the links on the backwards one not be the right lenght. Also if the rear one is backwards, that is, if you put the link mount pieces on backward, they would interfere with the rear steer/lock out so you'd have to come up with something...

They have to be web based, unless you are a contributing member. In that case, you get so many MB of space for pics on the rcmt server or whatever...

I wanna see your pics!!!!

If you have trouble finding web bases photo hosting let me know I'll do it.

I need to get a new body for mine. It looks junky with that body I have. I want a HPI Rubicon or something like that....

You'll probably notice that those pics are inside. I'm not ready yet to get it scratched up or dirty. Just been climbing the walls so far.

What a cracking looking truck :kudo . Just out of interest. Would it be possible to fit that shell or any other lower on the chassis. I understand a bit of trimming might be needed though.
Cheers for any feedback

On a similar kjr2, what scale shell are you using. Is it a 1/10 savage size or 1/8 MGT/LST size etc.
