Gluing New rc4w tires on help

Hi Guy's I am going to glue my new rumble rc4wd tires on a new set of clod wheels and was going to try the goop shoe goo gluing method how do you glue like this a few dabs or go all the way around the bead with it?

another ? with the stock wheels should I add another vent hole in them or leave them stock?

Any help will be great.

I put a thin layer around the rim and I usually drill a slightly bigger vent hole if I run foams

here are my rumbles ...i shaved the edges to give them a more real look
