So Rick from SuperShafty.com has been working overtime. First he has MIP driveshafts that will work for the Mad Force/Twin Force wheelbase WITH 8mm outputs. Yup!!! http://supershafty.com/kyosho-axle-mods/349-mip-mad-shafts.html

Also you will notice that Rick carries a variety of male "bones" that will help you get the right shaft length for your custom build. With him carring 6mm and 8mm output parts this is perfect for those custom jobs.

Too cool and perfect timing, I have been waiting on these and hoping they made it and there they are.

I just grabbed a set and should be all set driveline wise for the extreme force build now, actually I should have enough to make a complete roller now too and just need to get to the building.

are the 3/4" extenstion male shaft 8mm though?

it states and shows for a wraith.

I was just about to grab a pair of them also until i scrolled down some and why I am asking.

the mad shafts came with the longer 3/4" male extended shafts to get them to the 5-3/8" so from what I was told that is as long as they come but he could get the different sized yokes on the ends still if needed.

I'm sticking with 8mm and since these yokes have dual set screws I am tempted to drill and tap the pinion and sprocket shafts so I can just run a threaded hex bolt right through the yokes and shaft and throw a nut on the other side so they will never come off or loose becuase there bolted in.

I grabbed one of these from HF for drilling out shafts and links and use a clamp on the end of the part to keep it from moving.

the only thing I did not like about this is there is no through holes in the unit so I will be boring some holes out in various size's down the center of it to suit each size hole I would need in the various sizes.

its made for our drill press so bolting it in and drilling/boring the jig itself should take no time or effort at all.
