I like my gt3b!!

The dx3c is a little smoother on the wheel but have not done the bearing mod on mine yet either.

I use a moded GT3C in a couple of my semi's. Only issue I've run into with them is they don't have a "model match" like spektrum has. So I have to make sure I only have one truck turned on at a time or I can run both no matter what model I've selected in the memory. But it's nice having a pistol radio with 8 channels.

Same here I love my modded gt3b. I had a M11 with spectrum module before it was great but weighed a ton the gt3b does everything it did but way cheaper.

Flysky radios are one of the best, if not THE best value in the RC industry. The only downside I have seen is that they don't work well running two ESCs with a Y cable (I was using Hobbywing ESCs, not sure if it works with other brands), but they can be hacked to use channel mixing to make it work. Since I am running 4ws and two ESCs I decided to use a Spectrum DX4C instead, but I was told by using a six channel receiver with a hacked Flysky you can mix both the throttle and steering channels.

I have a gt3b and love it, I use it for 4 of my trucks and it works great the only thing I've noticed is with the digital servos you get a little bit of twitching every once in awhile.

I've seen a few people talk about their modded or hacked gt3b was wondering if someone here does this mod or where to send mine to get done. I want to set mine up to be able to switch between 2 & 4WS

I used a hacked FS GT3B for a long time and it was a great radio for the price. One thing about using it for racing though is the signal lag (I forget the actual term for this). It has one of the slowest signal transmissions times of any radio out there. If you just use that radio it's hard to tell but when you compare it to a high end radio you can really see the difference, and it's bad. Bashers and Crawler guys don't worry about it but for racers it makes a difference since there's a lag in both the throttle and steering response.
