Finished And Its 1st Run !

well here is it all finished and ready for its maiden voyage on the trail...





here it is after its 1st run on the trail....



the truck runs great and is a blast to drive.now its time for some custom mods !

the diffs are locked. i love the truck but i see some things i want to change but keep it scale is the ultimate goal.

1. i need a bit more articulation. i have 3 choices,chino leaf mod,JIA soft spring and track bar mod or diaz springs.

2.bumpers get ya stuck.approach and departure suck.change them out or modify them ??

3.antenna is going in the truck,looks silly sticking outside.

4.where the stock nerf bars/running boards mount will make for a good place to mount some rock sliders.

tires seem to hook up well but im thinking maybe 2.2's but i like the scale ness of the 1.9's

put the antenna mount on the back bumper like a cb antenna would be
I did on my P51 lift

Use the caster/angled lift blockson the straight ones and longer screws to get the extra 3/8ths height from running stacked spring blocks.

Looks like you got the paint to match up pretty good.:tmb

Is that rock rash on the truck or just dirt?? And looks like you lost a mirror.
