Love it Bari. The rear replica cant look is one of my favorite looks in the history of race clods.

It looks like having the arms mounted on a solid pivot like that with a stationary lower sway bar will help eliminate the old issue of the cants flexing inwards towards the chassis on the old sway bar design.

Just awesome to see it around again!

Thanks guys!

Mo- This is a mixture between ecdr-1 and ecd-2. The top half is #1 and the bottom half is #2. I cant wait to run it.

OnTheEdge- the body is a proline chevy silverado, and the arms are from an old radio shack toy truck that was made a while back.

Can the bodies when on those chassis be lowered enough for the top of the cage to be better aligned with the roof of the cab, or will that set the body to low , and rub the tires?

Or to put it another way, does the cage need to be taller to better fill the gap in the cab, to also maintain the fender to wheel clearance???:)

It could be mounted lower without the tires rubbing. The orginal cage design was to fit as many bodies as possible, thats why I designed it to be smaller. :tmb Not so much for scale apperance, as it is for racing and fitting the NRCTPA rules for the tube chassis class.

Sweet ride Bari!! Any chance you'd be willing to convert my ECD-R 1 to this hybrid version with the updated hardware? I really like the new cradle design. However I like the rear cant setup on my 1st edition over the new rear shock setup, just personal preference though. PM me if you can, no rush though.
