E-Maxx Transmission? Anyone Tried?

Okay, so I managed to locate a Twin Force... kind of pricey, so I'm still up in the air as to whether I'll bother or not...

But I am curious, has anyone modified the chassis to bolt in an E-Maxx transmission? How about the axles?

In my old Twin Force I had MIP 7.5 CVD's to eliminate the one-way unit. I can't seem to find them online for sale anywhere now... any other solution to eliminate it?

You still looking?

I have a twin force frame I got off ebay some time ago with the emaxx conversion in it. Its done just like the TXT's with Emaxx trannys. There are two little "L" shaped aluminum brackets that the Emaxx tranny bolts to and then there are round little aluminum dowels that space the mounts the right distance out. I have set an Emaxx tranny in it just to see and then its sat on my shelf ever sense till I moved. Its now packed away in a box somewhere but I am thinking about selling it. (Along with three dozen other projects I bought the parts for but never got to.) I do not have the drive shafts to connect the emaxx tranny to the twin force axles but was told Revo shafts go in easy and stand up to the abuse. Of course if you are going to an Emaxx tranny you eliminate the one-way setup. Bill

The link below will take you to where you can still get the new trucks as a lot of people think they are not making them anymore. The twin force is wrongly described as the madforce but call them and they can get you the right-un.
