Is anyone else here running dual packs in thier CPE Terminator chassis? I am going to try and run two, but I am not sure if the way I have them set up is the best way to set up dual packs in that chassis, they stick out to far. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!!

That chassis isn't set up for dual packs, but you could install one in the standard location and the 2nd one sitting front to rear on the electronics tray. There are notches in it for ties to hold a battery in place.

You'll then need to mount your electronics against the chassis side plates, probably with double sided tape or velcro.

Good luck!

yikes Tamiya connectors (change those)

I think your best bet is to try Bret's idea and mount the batteries length-wise in the chassis

I don't have dual batteries in my Terminator but I am running dual batteries in another truck with a similar set up. I had to build a battery to make it fit, it is basically two 6 cells that are butted up to each other, it is 12 cells long that way and will stick out the side of the chassis a long way but its an alternative.

I mounted the second battery on the electronics tray and mounted the electronics onto the chassis. With all the adjustment holes for the links no drilling was reqiured, all the electronics bolted up to the frame with out any issues. I also have the Carbon fiber version and not sure if I set it up the same way I will get radio interference and glitching.
