Traditional tire removal methods DO NOT work for clod rims. 95% of RC rims are nylon, but Tamiya's are ABS plastic. For example, I remove my tires by soaking them acetone, and everything comes off perfectly clean. Do that with a clod tire, and the rim will dissolve into nothing. Same thing with baking/boiling - the rims do not have the same thermal characteristics as nylon rims, thus making the process much more difficult.

I heard it helps if you wrap them in tinfoil. what about a heat gun? and slowly remove it inch by inch just putting enough heat on there to loosen the glue? worth a shot if your gonna ruin the wheel anyways lol

Ya well luckly three of the tires came right off with out heat, but now I'm just on the look out for one extra puller tire. Imexrc seems to be sold out, just my luck.

Imex has been out of most clod tires for some time now.

Put that tire and 1 other on Imex jumbo kong wheels so you can have something to run till you find a pair.

I just looked at the Imex website and it says the Clodbuster Imex pullers are in stock.
Yeah thats what i thought, so i placed an order, but they emailed me with a refund saying they where out of stock. And when i asked, it didn't seem like they were gonna be back anytime soon
