Now you just need to lower it a little bit to get those bottom links level with the ground and you will be all set...

Looks great so far!

Alright. Time to get this thing goin again. I'm ready to do something body-wise. I have a few ideas:

1. This year's world finals Avenger
2. I've seen Spider-Man bodies on here. I like that truck and am a huge Spidey fan...just don't know where to find that body
3. 10th Anniversary Max-D
4. Grave Digger.

I'm a huge Digger fan, it's my favorite truck, but Digger RCs are a dime a dozen and I wanna do something unique. Avenger is my other favorite truck.

Alright guys. Small update, I talked with Bari and I am having him do up a body for me. Can't wait to see what it looks like when it's done!!

Suggested by rcwanab, I moved my shocks and got a lower stance. Now the links are horizontal and drive shafts are straight!

It had upper links that worked for me if that's what you mean.

Hey guys, been a while since I updated. I received some custom aluminum links for the King, another body is coming in for it and I am hoping to have the truck ready for the 4 Wheel Jamboree here in Springfield. Ordered a plate to mount the servo on the front axle, so that should be here. Photos and possibly a video update are to come!

Alright. Little update. I received my custom aluminum links and have gotten the bottom ones on. Also got some Parma decals for my sponsor plates.

These new links are longer, which makes the truck lower as well. I have enough to convert it to a 4 link truck as well.

Also ordered a front mount servo plate from Level3RC, and I am very happy with how fast they got it to me, only took a day.

Still need to get the servo mounted and some more cap screws. I'm replacing all of those little C-Clip things with cap screws since they are easier to deal with.

Alright, here's another update to the King. The 4 Wheel Jamboree is here this weekend, and I am going tomorrow, so I decided that I really need to get the truck done, and all of my parts came in yesterday and today.

I got my new servo plate mounted and ready to go. I will be using the stock servo, until I can get a second one and a new Radio to set up 4 Wheel steer.

Also got a delivery from The Monster Factory, Terry did an amazing job on this body, I love it!

Ripped out the old steering set up and the un-needed parts. Got this new set up using a new link, and an old link for right now.

That set up works well, needs tweaking, but I did some body off test runs, and made some small adjustments, runs as it should. Here are more photos of the truck. I didn't photograph it, but I found a way to mount custom bodies, using upside down crawler king mounts, I stuck some velcro to it and the Raminator body, works perfectly! Here are some photos.

Yes, I did use the stock HPI Mud Thrashers, they look better with this body as they are larger than the Monster Jam tires, so they fit better. More planned mods are a custom 4 link set up (already have the other links, just need a mount), larger motor, new ESC, new Radio/Receiver for 4 Wheel Steering. Preferably a Spektrum DX3S...unless someone else has another suggestion that is just as good.

Looks great! I'd be afraid to drive it with that body on. Looks to nice to risk rolling it! Lol I know I'm afraid to drive mine with the body that terry painted me on!

I've used that level3 one before on my wheely king before it got converted to the pounder and worked great but I also didn't have the servo mounted on the axle so that may cause an issue. The mounts that I really like and know that work I can't seem to find. I'll keep looking and let you know if I find them.
