Defiance Racing TXT-1's Race Well at 4-Link Nats

Wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Trever Adamo here specifically. Last weekend was the 4-Link Nationals at the home of the Samson monster truck. There was a very strong turnout there and among the entries in the Axial Shafty Shootout class there were two Defiance Racing TXT-1 race monsters. Trever Adamo represented from California and I was represented from Pennsylvania. I am very pleased to say that Trever placed 2nd and I followed that with 3rd place. The competition in this class was first rate and some of the best I have been a part of.

There are a lot of drive shaft trucks out there these days and it was a proud moment for Defiance Racing to see two TXT-1's make the podium. Trever ran an awesome race and my TXT ran very well also. It was a great time and a great race.

Once again, big props to Trever!!!

I'm jealous of you guy's that got to go.........one of these years I'll make a trek to one of these events!!

It was also great to meet Trever who by the way is a great guy. He got one of my chassis' a long time ago, shortly after I introduced them so it was extra special getting to meet him and see one of the first chassis I made out there and competing. I have to say, he did some of his own modifications and it really made his truck a true top contender. There were many very capable trucks in this class so it was great to be a part of it.

Tom, yes, I agree, you NEED to make it to one of these events! Just as an fyi, the Worlds is just around the corner. Wink, wink LOL!!!

Sorry it took so long for me to reply I'm not on hear offen. Mike it was Grate to get to meet you as well. The event was a amazing time and I hope to be back next year if they have it again. Ill plan to have the truck with me again as well working on some stuff of my own well see what happens with that :cool It was very cool to take a truck as old as it is and almost win the whole thing at my frist rxc monster truck race as well my frist time racing on carpet. I should have pushed a little more as I did leave some on the table. But was after making clean fast runs and to push the others to make a mistake instead. to anyone thinking about going to the 4 line nats make sure you do it will be worth it is a grate event.
