dead motor question on clod...

Hey guys.

I have a question regarding the motor on the rear axle of my clod.
They are speed gems, 14T

A few months ago I ran my truck, ran great. Put it away as it was winter and too much snow to use it.

Last weekend I thought i would take it out and give it a try. I had no rear motor. Front motor worked great. Pulled the motor out and tried it directly to a battery...nothing. All solder connections are good and solid. I have yet to look into this any further, no time. But wanted to ask here for your thoughts as to why it worked 3 months ago, and last weekend nothing?

maybe you need to clean the motor ,armature and brushes or replace then lube bearings see it that helps oh yeah check timing

Wow, I can't believe I'm reading this. I actually came on hear to post about the exact same issue, only I had mine sitting for about three weeks. Last time I used it all was good. Went to take it out the other day and same thing, no rear motor. Put it directly to the battery and nothing. Difference is I am using the 23t titan motors with an evx2.
