De-chroming?

I want to take the chrome coating off some plastic wheels. How should I go about doing that without damaging the wheel itself? Thanks!

Do I just leave it in pure form of this stuff? Or mix with water? Also how long should I leave it in there?

10 to 15 minutes on, then rise off definatley use in pure form .. worked very well very easily for me when I striped the chrome off my Knight Hauler rims ...

steel wool works good for big areas.
