there's a reason wheels are center mounted in the middle on most applications.

any angle landing and it's going to be pretty harsh on the axle ends I would think and have some added pull on the outer wheel in turns too.

I'll wait for someone to do some durability testing.

I'll put this here too; I'm curious, in comparison with a stock clod wheel, the different offset of this wheel, what does that do to the position of the wheel/tire ? Brett, do you have a picture ?
Also, Brett, you say to heat up a stock clod tire to stretch it over this wheel. I see that the wheel is 1/4" narrower then a stock clod wheel. I was able to stretch a stock clod tire over an Ofna monster wheel, without too much challenge. So, I wonder if putting a stock clod tire on this wheel, would be all that hard to do..

Brian I believe that heat was mentioned because of any possible whinners. Remember, there are some people who expect parts to ''self assemble'' themselves.

I just ordered a set so I will do a review as soon as they get here. The offset is a must because the bead lock ring will hit the stock knuckle. The RC/4wd bead lock wheels have the offset built into them just like these.

I look forward to hearing back here, from you, about this. I have new steering knuckles on my GP, that allow direct mounting of clod tires/wheels. I use a set of the Clodbuster hub hockey pucks that interface with the stock clod wheels. I was just looking at these wheels again, and noticed, if I used them, they'd be direct bolt up, not needing the hub hockey pucks.. I'm gonna think about these, they do look really good.

These wheels should wrk on the gp with the stock knuckles. The built in spacing should clear I know my rc4wd ones clear the stock gp knuckles.
