Are you going to change the chassis under the body, or were you going to add smaller wheels and tires to the blackfoot chassis? Oh, and we need pics! LOL!:pics

um... ok. Be sure to post pics. Remember when shooting the pics that if the truck were full sized, the camera would be around 5 feet off the ground if the photographer was standing, so that means a realistic camera angle in 1/10 scale would have the camera around 6" off the ground... Good luck!:tmb

it's got potential, that's for sure. The goal of building something "scale" is to be as accurate to real life as possible. So smaller wheels and tires, narrowed down so that they fit under the body instead of sticking out the sides and lower the body down as low as you can so it looks like a shrunken-down real truck. If you have to do a double-take at the pictures to tell for sure if it's r/c or not, it definately qualifies as a scaler!

Cool. I am not familiar with that particular tread, but if it matches something real, that's cool. RC4wd makes some really nice stuff.

a blackfoot with 2.2s and a stock chassis isnt really ever going to be "scale".
just have fun with it and keep it a monster!
