Yeah my girlfriend is paying the bills. I quit my lame *** job to get some prerequisite courses done. Next week is my last week of prerequisite classes. Then I need to find a job and wait to be accepted into the program I want.

Well you guys are doing pretty good then.

If either myself or my Fiance were out of a job it would be hard as heck to pay the bills.

I bought a set... I just could not resist!

Well in fact I was working on my own set, but then these showed up, and compared with if I had to do my own, these where cheaper. (If you can call it that.) It's about 1/3 of my monthly salary, but I saved up for them, well for my own ones. I almost bought 2 sets, but I'm not sure if I want to do my second project with txt-1 axles or tlt-1 axles. :)

In essence the people that say more money then brains are correct. If it comes to aluminum I have the brains of a 6 year old. "I WANT IT" :p

Making these are very expensive. When we made the first one, the one that Clawhammer will get very soon. Took us exactly 12 hours to machine.

If you consider machine time, and forget about material cost. We lost money.

In terms of finish, we can make very shiny products, such as this one:

In terms of finish. Sometimes we get request for raw finish and sometimes people want chrome plated, sometime people want annodizing. We try our best to take care everybody. Just current patch of TXT-1 axle are in raw finish.

I like the raw finish on the txt axles in the pics. It looks neat. I like to see the lines from the machine...

Agree, all the natural (silver) aluminum on my truck is raw, so this will fit quite nicely. I'm really looking forward to the housings, will mount them directly if I have the time. :)

Maybe in the future when I need to do a Highlift. (I know myself :)) I will anodize the axles in red or orange. I think the hop-up frenzy for the F350 has just started. I cant wait to design a chassis for it, but I seriously need to sell some stuff before I can do another project.

Oooooh nooooo
I think I'm coming down with More Money Than Brains Disease

Our axles included all the necessary pieces, new axle shafts, bearings, link mounts, Servo mounts, Torsen diffs and Steering knuckles .

RC4wd diffs are a very expensive design..

Ah your axles look quite nice. Although IMO I like Hua's one a bit better being they look like the exact stock plastic ones done up in aluminum.

I'm impressed I want the caps, can you bridge the little upper posts? It would be less work (lower your cost) and increase the strength of the part.

Also How much are those Vertigo things?

I just recieved mine in the mail. :)
They look cool! I now have to find some time to mount them!

Thanks Mike!

p.s. the weight of 1 complete housing is around 370 grams.
