hi i love this site and wanted you all to know it its a awesome site for its helpful nice people here and neat trucks but am having a problem i am breaking teeth off the small bevel gears i replaced them 2 times and in 10 minutes the are broken off a tooth on all bevel gears a friend told me a certain gear in gearbox needs to be shimmed any truth to that its not in the clodbuster instructions are have i just got a messed up diff gear and don't know it i got a terminateor truck with aluminum axle tubes and stock gear boxes with castle 5700 motors its driving me whacko please can you all HELP ME OUT lol:rolleyes

Check inside the gearbox and under the E clips that hold in the drive axles, needs to be a 6mm washer. Without this, the fit of the gears will pull apart more and strip easier.
