Are they always slow in getting items out or to you or is it just me? i have been waiting on a item for awhile. not bashing them just curious if anyone else has bought from them.

Well found out my part was on back order after waiting on the phone forever, its been almost two weeks since i ordered. they finnaly get the parts in and i still have to wait for first class mail,i didn't get one email or call saying my stuff was on back order asked if they would ship it faster and they said no. It wasn't my mess up but yet the costumer gets the shaft go figure.LOL
