Well; I just couldnt help myself!! It's late at night when i took the pics; I am on pain meds for my nerve issues; so please forgive my lousy pics.
Uploaded them into my gallery this morning and when i got home from work i get a message from Wild Bill the Retired :laugh
So far I just unwrapped it. Been looking at this since i saw it on preorders. I was looking at Amainhobbies; Ebay and Tower. Well Tower had a "limited quantity" stock status so I jumped on it; complete with $40 off :tmb
Its still stock but will have bearings and turnbuckles in the near future.I like the fact they finally upgraded the axle carriers to 5x11mm bushings/bearings. I don't have any plans to upgrade the electronics as of yet; but ya never know with me. The body actually looks good; Not out of proportion at all for the Stampede. It uses the same body mount system as the Grave Digger and Monster Mutt. The roll bar is secured with the rear body mounts on the bed and a couple body clips hold the top bars to the top of the cab. I like the realism of this as opposed to just having the flat box section with no bars at all. The only gripe i have with the Monster Jam trucks are the tires. While I have not driven the truck at all; I would like to see them maybe a little wider. But looking at the truck from a distance the model looks quite aggressive.

Jerry,
When, and what are the details on your capatains curse?
how does the rollbar mount, does it look good or out of proportion in person
Does it make you feel are warm and fuzzy inside :laugh
