That truck looks good. I'm still looking forward to your topic on that one!

I can see them w/o clicking. They just show up.

Maybe go back to your User CP and make sure the boxes are still checked...

Once you are in the User CP, look at the left column. There will be a tab called Edit Options. Click that one. You will see several things you can modify to your liking.

Look for the heading Thread Display Options. There will be 3 boxes to check under that area. "show signatures", "show avatars", and "show images". You should check all three for the best rcmt experience!!!!!!:D

Yep, that worked. Still have to go through and fix up a few things, but man it's good to be back. I have to wait til the home PC is working right to get the latest pics up. Basically down to the body and wiring now. Tore the diffs apart over the weekend and got the bearings installed and locked both diffs with JB. Mounted both HS-645 servos, still need to do minor adjustments. Adj. motor mounts and 9 tooth pinions came in from highster, got those and the motors mounted waiting to get wired.

The servo regulator gimbal talked about came in today, so odds could be good for Sunday. I have to re-do the BTA steering, it's too close to the motor. Just need to move the servo back I hope. Going to have to use a stock stick pack for now, but should be fine for testing.

Got my adapters and wideners in from Junfac, took about 7 days. Not bad from South Korea. I did get dinged an extra $12.00 for duty, but they are worth it. I also got the RPM Stabilmaxx Spider wheels in. Now that I look at it, I have too many parts for this truck. Going to have to start another one I guess :willy .

Junfac is surprising fast with the shipping. Tower or RC4WD taks that long or longer.

So you should be about ready to post new pics :D

As soon as the home PC is fixed. I have a few new ones of the mounts and steering ....... :drool

I do have a question for Gimbal, or anyone for that matter. With the parallel axle braces I made. Would I not be able to add weight to the bottom of these. Instead of the wheels or hubs. Basically sit over the axle but not adding direct weight onto the tube. Basically reducing the stress put on the axle tube.

I think you can mount the weight anywere you want to... That sounds like a great place to me! Especially if you can get some rectangular metal that will not look sloppy...

I thought about using the flat stick on lead weights. That way everything will still fit evenly. Finally got the home computor fixed, so some new older :D pics will be up tonight.

OK, so here's a few pics. The adj. motor mounts and 9 tooth pinions from Highster(thanks again):willy

Got them all mounted to the motors and installed in the cases.

And a quick set up of the BTA steering up front.

And rear steer with the parallel braces also.

Sadly I haven't made much more progress lately. Too much home stuff going on with the hollidays. But I'll update as it goes.

Lookin good! Why didn't you do BTA on the rear steer too?

I got 45t Integy motors for my crawler but haven't tried them yet...

Didn't go BTA on the rear, to keep the links from catching on any rocks. This way both steering set-ups are out of the way on both frt and rear approach. Not sure if it's the correct way, but seems to make sense to me. :cool
