Amen brotha!
Novak is the same as far as cutting the wires but I have heard of guys sending in toasted SR and getting a fresh one back... even with the plug cut.

They charged me on the last EVX I sent back in also. Got smart though, took the Deans off before sending it in. Pretty much all electronics manufacturers will have the warranty voided if you show them how to make thier product better than how they released it. :rof

Man I really need to get this thing done, that was some awesome vertical climbing :willy :willy .

Yeah they can do otherwise impossible vertical climbs and ledges with ease. But the articulation is limited so I wonder how they do on lumpy uneven rocky areas...

Did you see the episode of Inside RC on The Outdoor Channel that was covering the Crawlfest 2 Green River comp? There were some crawlerstore.com sticks, c-channel sticks, as well as normal 4-link rigs...

Sadly I don't get The Outdoor Channel North of the boarder :( . Wish I could get Direct TV :banghead :banghead :banghead .

BTW Gimbal, do you use any wideners on your crawlers? Noticed in the pic of the yellow Clod that it only shows what looks to be the adapters for the Spider wheels.

I think if you order from JunFac.com you can use credit card or debit card...
Tried that already, I wanted to get two sets of adapters and try two of their diff lockers. Got all the way to the end, and it said that the order could not be completed because I wasn't registered with pay -pal. :banghead :banghead . Figured when they had credit card purcase that I was set. Oh well.....

Good thing it didn't go through because their diff locker don't work on the Clod only on the spider!

WOW....missed that, good thing is right. Guess i got too caught up in being able to purchase with credit card. Thought things were finally going my way :(

Yeah PayPal ain't that hard. I think you can set up an account without giving your bank account info. So when you buy with PayPal, it shows up on your credit card statement as *PAYPAL* JunFac Store or something similar.

It's just a way to safely use a credit card over seas.

I'll try it again later tonight and see what happens. Not much sense having the Spider wheels for the Misfit without them. I do have a set of Devils Workshop Wideners on Crash 1.5 so they wont be a waste of money. Just concerned with the offset of the wheel, that it might be too wide and not look right.

How much for two sets after shipping?

Shipping from S. Korea is not that long. About 8 days or something for me. Same as Tower Hobbies :ack

Well I splurged a little. I ordered a single set of adapters for $6.00 and it was $8.50 for shipping. Still less than Hua's set(no offense), but then they had the wideners with a set of adapters and two sets of barrel nuts for either mount set up for $44.00. Shipping was still $8.50 for both, figured they would definitely fit in the same box. So for $58.50 US I got two sets of 14-12mm adapters and a set of 12-12mm wideners. Converted to CDN dollars I'm lookin at $68.00 CDN. Good score if all works out IMO. If shipping is ony 8 days, figure the Misfit will be done somewhere arount the end of the month.

Best thing is, the down time in waiting for parts will give me a chance to get more done on the next truck :willy. Junfac was out of stock on the Stealth, and I had heard it may not be available any more. So I did some measuring from pics that I had seen, and started my own version. This may answer one of your questions Kenny.
