Bodies and stock Clod mounts

What lexan bodies will fit stock Clod body mounts without any modifications to the stock mounts?

I don't want to have a body that will look tipped one way or another without changing the stock mounts.

the old SS454 was good but finding it now....
I'll bet the parma lexan clod body would, or should

So none of the newer larger Ford or Chevy bodies, not the '97 Big Foot, will fit the stock locations?

I plan on using the stock body as a display only or run inside only body so I want to be able to easily switch back and forth from the stock body to the outside running body.

What body mounts will work without it looking like big gaudy posts sticking out of the truck?

I was also thinking of getting the super charged Elcamino body for it as well. A local hobby shop has one for $35.

I just don't want huge gaudy body mounting posts on this thing.

That HPI ElCamino has a longer wheelbase than the stock Clod. They were made to fit the Traxxas Maxx trucks and Savage, MGT type. Parma makes a stock replacement body with the spots marked where you need to drill. You can also check out manufacturers websites for bodies. They should list the wheelbase so you can find something close to the Clod's.

I just got the Elcamino body for it yesterday and it fits fine when I put it on the Clod, the wheel openings are the same for both bodies when they are matched up.

I just got to get it to mount without too much of a hassle so I can use the stock body as well.
