This might be a dumb question, but is this kit available already? I thought it wasn't coming out until next month.
I picked this up at the local hobby store. Where I'm at (Singapore) we do get some of the new releases early.

I'm torn between the Orange and the Blue paint schemes... what do you guys think? I don't have or know where to get the proper BIGFOOT decals so either way it isn't going to be a close representation of the 1:1. But I do think Orange would really make the truck pop.
He lives in Singapore and has seen a few kits before most

Good call!!!

Finished up the shell tonight. I don't have the right decals so I just made do. Anyone with the right SPEED ENERGY BIGFOOT decals for sale please let me know. :)

Good call on the body paintjob. Let us know if you find the proper stickers. I was thinking that the orange bigfoot would be a cool looking simple to do body that you could run and not freak out as much as its slideing on its lid. Is the body still 1/8 scale dimensions like the TXT-1?

I'm glad it's a clear shell too. While the TXT-1 paint job looked pretty good the AGRIOS paint job just doesn't work for me! lol!

If time allows I'll do some work on some stickers and send them off to the local decal printer for me. Been sitting on that for a long time now. I keep telling myself I have to stop procrastinating - first thing tomorrow! :)

UPDATE : I butchered the side fenders today to mimic the shape of the BIGFOOT truck better. I am 100% satisfied with the results.

What do you guys think?

Beautiful truck, I knew once people saw it with Clod sized wheels they would lighten up..it looks like a different truck. I think the stock chassis is ******! wouldnt change a thing except sway bars

I don't think there was any problems with people not realizing the actual potential of the truck, it's just the rubbish stock wheels that are the biggest issue considering the price tag, so it's not very tempting truck for the masses with those.

Of course every one of us on here already have a set or two of Clod tires and wheels what we could use on it, but I personally don't want to pay for some stupid wheels that would only make new toys for my dog...

But I love the chassis! Being now all black and everything it looks so much better than the TXT-1. I never liked the TXT-1, but this new one I might even buy in the future when the price goes down a little...:cool

I wish we could buy the truck without the wheels and maybe without the body too for less money!:D

Since the last update I've put in a more powerful powerplant handmade some steering mods. The truck has much improved steering now and the power is awesome! The rod ends that come with the txt2 are almost certainly better than the txt1 ones and they have not popped once despite some hard bashing on the local buggy track.

Be sure to tighten up the grub screws on the center driveshafts and give them a dose of Loctite... A lot of power gets put through these shafts so they need to be secure.

This truck is a lot of fun and certainly with the change of wheels and tires it certainly gets more than its fair share of attention at the track. :)

Will post pictures of the mods later.

Any thoughts on a single shock set up at each end ?

I was thinking of the proline big bore slash rears, but I already have a complete set of the powerstroke scaler shocks (can double those up maybe) ?

Looking for advice from one that's been run, I've just ordered my Agrios :).

I'll try that the next time out and let you know. In my opinion a single shock setup would probably help the truck's handling in most areas but you would need to fit on a set of sway bars. The stiffer setup on the txt2 is very likely the reason why this truck hasn't suffered from torque twist that much. I haven't taken out the dual shock setup because I am keeping the truck somewhat scale for now and the handling isn't half bad as it is. Lol!
