How durable are these axles? Any one build a scale MT with them?

SupremeReign showed me these axles, maybe he could post pic? I suck @ stuff like that.

They're small, about the width of Tamiya tlt axles which is narrower than Axial ax-10 axles

They have spools in them so they are permanently locked and no one has figured out a way to fit a diff in it.

Strengthwise, it's hard to tell since no one really has run them hard in a high speed MT application. There's been a few builds but I haven't seen/heard any feedback from them.

So they wouldn't be good to use on a Clod tire size build?

Is there a 1/8 or 1/10 scale MT aftermarket scale type tube chassis available? If so who builds the most realistic one?

The most realistic chassis is made by John Boyer but he is slowing down on making them on top of waiting about a year for it . Kingclod27 has one of his in the axial sect.

Kingklod is making a TVP chassis in the txt section that looks awesome so far ...

There was another guy on here that built this truck using Blackwell axles (I forget who). I'm not sure if it was just a show piece or not though. The Blackwell axles would be pretty cool for a retro build, but the top loader style axle isn't really consistent with a modern build, IMO.

have not seen that one yet but that's a sharp setup for sure.

is that a boyer chassis?

also looks like it has a wk gearbox in it.

Correct on both ....it was a couple years ago he built it ..but I know he sold it right away and hasn't been on much since
