blackfoot tire shreding machine

i took my blackfoot for a spin and i noticed some holes in the top of my tires.should i replace them or go till they rip in half?

are they worn or dry rotted?
If you don't replace they could die right after you charge a battery forcing you to quit. That would stink not being able to burn off a fresh battery charge. :ack
