grille decals

nice job on the grille shell decal, i have the same body, you must have used a scanned photo &printed it from a scanner on chrome sticky paper or something, it would awful hard to replicate it, by drawing. we could all have the same thing if we had the vintage decals. thanks.

Yea I was wondering how he got it so chrome, I'll have to go look for some of that paper for an upcoming vintage project. Great job on bigfoot!

Thanks everyone! i didnt realize how nice the color looks in the sun til I took these pics.

Very very nice!!! Great work!!! How did you make the air cleaners?

Barry
I made the air cleaners out of plastic chrome license place screw covers. then used a spacer underneath. they are each held on with a bolt and nut under the body. i think a 3mm. then i made a decal for the air filter element.

Back up and lay on the ground, make sure nothing crappy is in the background and I think this could be ROM of the year with some better pics. Simple and beautiful truck. Trucks like yours is what this site is all about.

Awesome looking truck man, the outdoor pics really do it some quality justice. :tmb

i took my retro Bigfoot outside for a few pics. I have made quite a few suttle changes to give my truck a more scale look. You can really tell when you go back and look at the previous pics. Currently working on cockpit and possibly scale shocks. here it is for now though.
