I actually drove out to Denver and beyond (Flagstaff, Az.) ... anyway ... Kansas had to be the most boring state to drive across (thought I was going to go insane before I got into the rolling hills of Colorado ... amazing how much the terrain changes there ... that state seems to have a bit of everything).

I though Kansas was flat ... but Texas in certain places was so flat that it made me sick (no trees, no nothing) .... being from WV ... I need mountains, hills, and trees in the background :laugh

Out Door Track For 5280

The track we pulled on was a bad 000 track. Still trying to get over the fact that a 2wd open took out 90 lbs out the back door. I was there in the hunt till my truck drifted out of bounds. Can wait till the nationals.

That was some sick weight. 111 lbs in 2wd open. Just wish i could have pulled it out the back door. And two pull offs to determine the over all winners in Pro Stock Tractor and 4wd scale. Good Job to Jason for doing what he does in building great chassis. Looking forward for next year and for the rest of the season.

I wouls like to see some of the guys out east come out and pull with us. It would be neat to see more and more trucks come out for this event every year.

... the pay out would really have to increase by several hundred for that to probably happen.

2800+ miles (most boring drive you can imagine out and back) ... cost of gas, food, and lodging ... then getting time away from work ... gets expensive. You'd be considered on the Grand National Circuit to go to that extend just to pull one event :)

Now if there were other pulls to go to going out and coming back ... some might actually consider it.
