well if the threads are to crossover each other they should at least be more curved on the carcus of the tire vs being straightly in an angle and same goes for the end of the threads going over the sidewall, more curved vs pointy triangle like.
Is that based on pulling info,
carpet racing,
bashing,
or dirt monster jam style racing?

We sent in a design that worked for racing we do.

that was going by what I feel would be scale to the real deal, not really function/performance wise, though my guess is function/performance wise would be great. Alot of ppl who build scale tubers (like yourself) I've seen a great number of them shaving stock Clod threads giving the threads a scoop like to em which in my opinion looks very realistic. I'm sure the tire you've sent in is one of them ones you've posted a pic of your trucks with. I'm just guessing that these tires basically didn't look much like em once they were produced.
