This is my first "purpose built" comp crawler. I won the RC4WD Diablo chassis in a raffle here, quite some time ago and finally put something together :tmb. I recently joined up with the local Fox Valley Radio Controled Crawler (FVRCC) club and managed to take 3rd place in my first official competition.

The stats:

Axial axles (locked/w front overdrive gears)
Axial trans with HR S.S. locker
Axial bent links
RC4WD Diablo chassis (thanks RC4WD!)
Team Zero shocks, inverted and internally sprung
Novak 55T motor
RC4WD RPP Limited Edition beadlocks (center caps not shown)
CC Sidewinder ESC
Maxamps 1600 2/3A 8 cell
Hi-tec HS5645MG servo
Hot Bodies Rovers (white compound)
Axial XC-1 body

Congrats on doing great at your first comp! :tmb

The rig looks nice! Do you have any pics with the shell off?

I'm running the Rovers on mine too, I really like them.

Thanks Jim! I was very happy to do as well as I did :). I only drove the rig one time before the comp. For you, I will try to get some good body off shots.

Thanks for the kind words! Sorry for the delay. I know I promised "body off" pictures, but I'm waiting till I get the Vanquish Products Hurtz Shifter dig installed. It should be here soon. I also need to install the CC BEC unit for my power hungry steering servo. I just wanted to let you all know I didn't forget, :pics are coming!
