Waiting on a response !!!

Hi,jka7183

I noticed your selling a Clodbuster which was painted by a friend of mine, and the prices seem kind of steep cosidering you were refunded for the Crawford Performance parts ,any particular reason the mark up is so high !!?

I wonder what the response is gonna be ?

these bastards did the same thing to me saying my usa 1 alum rims and chassie were shipped out wthout a tracking number.the douch wanted me to contact usps on my end and make a claim. i didnt get ahold of ebay or paypal like an idiot because he said it would overdraft his account.these swindlers screwed me completely dragging the transaction out till i could do nothing.saying ill give u your moneys worth of parts or a truck.then he started accusing me of trying to screw him and i got the parts and im trying to get the money and parts.luckily during the claim process i got his adress and phone number so if anyone would like to have a word with this **** bag..

That's not the same person we're dealing with. These two live in Shelton, CT, and we already have all of their address info and phone numbers due to them creating accounts on our website. They've helped us enough just by listing the auction, so hopefully we receive the money originally paid for these parts. Ideally, we'd receive a credit from Paypal, and then Paypal can freeze their account until they pay back the $750 and change they owe...

Don't post a phone or address, send it via e-mail or pm but not in a public forum.

Brett,

Hopefully with interest too

He will say the same thing he told me..... He thought he paid 130.00 for it.... LOL.... When I sold it to him in November, he claims he cant remember what he paid then.... Really? I can remember what I paid for stuff 3 years ago haha. Guy is a straight up tool I hope he gets what he has coming to him. If it wouldnt have been for noticing the body I sold him I would have never paid much attention to it.

Wow, people these days will do anything and everything to make a quick buck...even when it's not right. Hope you get every cent back! Glad it was caught though.

There is a serious federal felony that has something to do mail fraud, but I don't the specifics. Brett, at least you are getting recourse! I bought three tires from an Ebay seller back in 2006, and he never sent the items to me. I filed a dispute with Paypal and he entered three tracking numbers going to three different locations, none of which were mine and Paypal sided with him! They let him keep his tires (which he later relisted on Ebay) and my $560. I was off Ebay/Paypal for quite a while after that, and went back to Postal money orders.

It would say sold. I'm assuming eBay caught up with him. At least that's what I hope

If there's a buyer stupid enough to pay $1040 ($1000 + $40 shipping) for a truck that seller lists, with inflated prices, as costing him $1039, than it's all on them.........

best way to get attention with stuff like this is if there is a handfull that got screwed you all contact eachother and all setup the same date and time to call the scammers local sherriff.

this way there phone blows up with complaints at the same time and same day on the same person and they have to go check it out and cannot ignore it now.

one person they may just blow off like yeah whatever silly internet deals we dont have time for type of thing, but you tend to get attention when mutple people call all at the same time from all over on the same chump.

I had a guy try to rip me 1800 on some furninture and come to find out he had over 80k of people's money and went and bought a house with it and never orderd anyone's stuff.

his dad was a doctor and saved him from prison.

we had 17 callers from 5:00-6:00 at his local sherrifs on the same day call.

in the end they were coming by his and his dad's house in person each and every morning to make sure the dad paid out of his pocket for all the moneys screwed and taken from others by his son to make sure they ordered the stuff paid for it had the reciept spoke on the phone with their the seller/connection etc.

pretty much they had a sting on his *** before it was said and done.

in the end we all got are stuff and they made sure of it in person each and every day.

it was either his doctor daddy pay up or his son goes to prison for many different changes including multiple counts of grand theft.

obtaining money good's under false pretense is the main one they will go after them for right off the get and it dont matter if it is just a buck and it is a real law rule that has criminal charges behind it.

they may even get a conspiracy charge beings there is two dummy's involved and cooked up these scam's together while the other knew/did the same.

Kenneth and/or Jennifer Voight in Shelton, CT are two people I'd recommend staying FAR away from if buying/selling to them. This seller purchased most of these parts from us November of last year, then claimed through Paypal that he never received them. Even though the USPS tracking # showed it being delivered to his address, Paypal refunded over $750 to him. We ended up being out all the parts plus the payment for them.

Fortunately, he was dumb enough to just list the truck up for sale on Ebay, with a great description of all the parts that he "bought" to build the truck. So far, Paypal and Ebay aren't amused, and I'll be filing mail fraud charges against them tomorrow.

You may have already thought of this, but you should have this person's name and address, so you can contact the local police where they live and file a report. You can also file with FBI office in their area as well.
