Avoid this Ebay seller!

Kenneth and/or Jennifer Voight in Shelton, CT are two people I'd recommend staying FAR away from if buying/selling to them. This seller purchased most of these parts from us November of last year, then claimed through Paypal that he never received them. Even though the USPS tracking # showed it being delivered to his address, Paypal refunded over $750 to him. We ended up being out all the parts plus the payment for them.

Fortunately, he was dumb enough to just list the truck up for sale on Ebay, with a great description of all the parts that he "bought" to build the truck. So far, Paypal and Ebay aren't amused, and I'll be filing mail fraud charges against them tomorrow.

He already did simply by posting a link to Ebay, I'd have never seen it otherwise. We have everything they purchased from us stored in our server, and that sales invoice has now been forwarded to Ebay and Paypal.

It's a truck built with the best parts available for sure, he just didn't actually pay for most of them...

Wow, good luck getting your money back and hopefully getting them prosecuted. Thats a really messed up thing for them to do.

I wonder if there is anything paypal could do after the dispute was settled... Interesting to see. I also think this guy is in our community somewhere be it here or clodtalk etc....

this is the same 2 i bought my bigfoot tube chassis from last year around this time..it was sent broken,i put in a claim with ups and was accepted,but i never got a check,THEY DID...yes,they are 2 real scumbags.here is their old ebay name...i just looked at the feedback and see they sold the chassis i got to someone else and scammed them. this is really messd up,these 2 are real Thief's.What can be done legally?

Funny,i was just thinking of my ordeal yesterday and haven't been around here much and decided to stop by today...I would have gone through paypal,but i paid a"Mobile Paypal Money Request",which is sent as a :GIFT"...NO RECOURSE....I am getting more pissed as i type..I hope he is on the forum and sees this...He will be caught eventually,Thief's always do :mad

Glad i cloud help Brett. It's a shame how low ppl are anymore. PayPal needs to reconfigure their policy and help the sellers out I stead of being all for the buyer.

I hope all works out for you. I only posted it cause the guy claimed he paid 120 for the gun slinger body that I actual got from Jon on here I paid 80 for t so I sold it for 80. This guy tries to make a killing on it and I call him out for being a liar. Glad I did or else you would have never known!

this is crazy. i posted this guy on facebook just to get a laugh about the price he was selling and roller for and all this happens. i karma is really a mean [email protected]#. he wrote me all kinds of nasty messages on ebay also. but i didn't dignify him with a response. what a loser.

So pathetic and sad, hopefully with all the support here and people to backup the issue it gets fixed. I agreee about PP needing to revamp some policies so both parties are covered.

I'm not sure. i did get it off ebaybut not sure what I paid and I can't find it on eBay it was too long ago and I thought I paid 130 but could be wrong and but the CPE stuff I have receipts for it all and those are the prices I paid with exceptions on the body

Absolutely. Based on his Ebay listing, they re-opened this case and are reviewing the sales invoices from us against the photos/descriptions he provided in his listing. We were able to identify almost every part he "bought" and didn't receive as being shown in the photos...

Hmmm ... Shelton CT, I know exactly where that is. I hope you get your money Brett, and sue them for whatever the law will allow.
