That Venom Mini Giant is too neat. Where's those axles from ?
Those are the Venom Mini Giant axles, with the bumpers sawed off. The A-Tech Leo X and Trinity Clash also have the same axles. All three trucks are discontinued, but the A-Tech Leo X can stll be found online I beleive. Mine was bought off e*bay.:)

I LOVE your New Era Clodbuster! I think that hi lift chevy is particularly awesome as well.
Are those the stock driveshafts on your Wheely King ? If so, I think its brave to be running them with a brushless motor.

Well, I have been busy the last little while collecting trucks, cars, and kits.

Here are the vehicles I have added to the fleet.

2010 Tamiya Sand Scorcher NIB kit
Penguin chassis TLT-1 roller
Black New Era tubular Jugg chassis
stock Venom Mini Giant
Kyosho Scorpion
Tamiya Bruiser

Oh, and this is what my Buggy Champ kit turned into....

Here is the 2009 Sand Scorcher, tearing up the beach at Lincoln Woods Park.

Thanks sokey70. I am glad you like the Clod and want to use it for a reference on your WK. Here are a few more reference shots for you.

Thank you Brian34.
Here are some pictures from January 2010 of the Blue and White Chevy.

The driveshafts in the WK are Traxxas E-MAXX units. The axles are stock, but shimmed, with a spool in the rear end.

All I have to say is WOW!! Very nice trucks!!
Thanks RICK DIZZLE.

awesome stable of trucks man !!! i especially like the new era clod.
Thank you too TXT-2.0.

This here, is my latest project....

Thanks also goes to Breaker 1-9 for the excellent deal on the vintage Jugg body.

I was scrolling down the page and seriously thought the first pic of the buggy was real! that looks so good, nice build! Also, thanks for the extra pics of the Clod, I just love that body and how it sits on the truck! I am also intrigued by your Mini-Giant, you have the best truck collection I have seen thus far:tmb. So I have not been able to find the Mini Giant, do you know of any other mini RC monsters with links and straight axles?

Thanks sockey70. I spent alot of time on that one. Painted it with Tamiya spray-bombs in the garage and hand painted the interior details.

No problem sockey. You are welome. Glad you like the Clod.
The VMG's are both ebay finds. They pop up every now and again and go somewhere in the 50 dollar range. I don't kow of any 1/18th straight axle purpose built "monster trucks", but the Losi MRC has 1/18th scalish straight axles, and I have seen a few MRC's modded into some pretty nice machines.

holy guacamole..
:D Thank you very much kind sir. Hello, my name is Jay and I like to build stuff... :D

Thanks JLFast. That is very nice of you to say. :) There are some really great builders and rigs, here on RCMT, that I have drawn a lot from too. :rock As for the attention to detail.... I try to maintain it throughout, even on the stuff you will never see.

Here is a recently completed wiring job of mine on the Scopion. NICE and CLEAN...

with just a hint of "IT IS SHOWTIME". ;)

Thanks for taking a look.
