Anyone know of a RC front wheel that has bearings and a centered hub like a dirt bike

I am aware of the bike wheels but hoping to find something a little wider then a bike wheel.

Something like a skinny 2.2 wheel would be perfect.

Can't have a hex on either side.

I am trying my hand at converting a thunder tiger FM-1e into a 3 wheeler with paddlesImage002-2.jpg

Pic is just for concept I think I am using a solid 3/8" steel shaft for the rear axle shaft.

That looks first jump and bent flimsy my version rear end will never bend.

Appreciate it though and never thought of posting there too that I am after one.

That's the trouble with a 3 wheeler the front wheel and having to widen the front forks.

As for the quad getting a buggy front end or truck front attached to a bike chassis is no easy bolt on solution either.

I am trying to figure it out where parts can be had and not a hassle if something breaks.

So far I think it will be durable though because the tires and body handle bars and rider are the only non metal I plan on using so far.

Not sure about the centered hub but what about a old LosiXX or Associated 1/10 buggy front wheel. Maybe get a pair and join them together with faces out or even narrow each wheel and join them if you plan on a skinnier tire.

I will look into that also and another idea I did not think of.

It's just a rolling wheel with no power to them so mending two would work even if it's not perfect.

Hey was bored at work and did some searching. Losi is a no go, they are hexed. Associated number ASC9588 looks like it could work or has bearings anyway. Im pretty sure its a B4 front wheel

Awesome thanks I will check it out.

I got the crotch rocket in yesterday and a new Ricky body parts set.

Thinking of maybe bugging some of the puller guys to see where the bodies come from with the big rear wheel wells and custom cutting one of them up to look like the rear body of a 3 or 4 wheeler.

I did this exact thing once with two team associate B4 buggy wheels glued back to back.

It turned out like a real honda atc tire, wish I still had it.

Other then always wanting a original rc10 I am unfamiliar with anything from AE.

Possible you could link me to the ones you used?

Not a huge fan of the dish look type wheels but if that is my only option for now so be it so it can at least be ran lol

This is where I am at now as a mock up but going to remove the stock swing arm and add a hardcore all steel and aluminum rear end to it.

The bike I choose uses the more rare to Rc bikes .250 size chain but in the hardware world that's common which left me with all kinds of sprocket options front and rear.
