Hippie, Got a good friend in Richmond. His name is Rick. He has a bunch of trucks sitting on the shelf. I'll pm you his e-mail. I'm sure he'd be very interested in getting some racing together.PM coming at you.

Hippie, I tried to reply but your inbox was full. I have 2 trucks but both are underpowered compared to typical clodbusters. I have a zilla 2 with silver cans and a 2400kv crawler king(32p gearing and no low box) on 2s or 3s. The CK/WK might be able to keep up with some brushed clods but i would stand no chance against the mod clods with brushless setups.

Either way i look forward to hearing from you. Ill try again with a pm with my email address and phone number. Let me know if you need anything also like food, drinks, crush bodies(i have quite a few TC bodies laying around)...etc...etc. Id be glad to contribute any way possible.

Ah ok. Last night I was a little distracted but did get to finally see a video of racing at Hippies. I am quite excited for the spring and the chance to come down and hang with everyone. I hope my trucks can be competitive.
I look forward to it.

Hippie's trucks are high power and fast for straight line drag... better get more power to be competitive. 4s will turn up the juice for those stockers. Since you are only running 3-4 seconds at a time, you don't need to worry about temps or anything :)

4s in a zilla II? I think ill keep that truck how it is and focus on making the WK/CK faster. Its ballistic with a 2400kv system so I cant imagine what it would do with a 3500 or 4600 on 3s.
