Aluminum tube for 6-32 all thread?

I want to use some 6-32 all-thread and am wondering what size of aluminum tubing i would need to fit good and snug over it to make some suspension and steering links? Or, if someone has a better suggestion on making the links, let me know I am open to your wisdom:)

I ended up using 3-16 thin walled aluminum tubing. I just text fit everything while I was at the hardware store. The 3-16 tubing fits pretty good though. :tmb

Thanks for the tip! Another question, with that configuration you mentioned, what rod ends did you use? Do you know the model number or link? Thanks!

i believe i used traxxas 2742x rod ends, but ur best bet is to test fit some 6-32 screws in the rod ends at a hobby shop if u can, you might need to take a little bit of material out of the rod end to thread the all thread into it, Ive used ball cup ends(the enclosed type losi #losa6027 needs to have material removed for 6-32 all thread) and the open rod ends like the traxxas part number above, the nice thing is you dont have to use any particular part, u can use whatever will work or whatever you think looks the best as long as its strong enough :)

im pretty sure the revo and jato rod ends work with 6-32 threading.
