You must be thinking of the Integy HD tubes. Their other ones take the stock knuckles fine.

Either one of the knuckle shown will work with the stock knuckles. On the Hot Racing ones you will need to drill the lower suspension mounting hole. On the Integy ones you will need to grind the axle brace leg or servo mount leg that goes on the c-hub side.

I've hand both and never had a problem. Just make sure to loctite the screws that hold the c-hubs to the tubes.

i got the integy tower with free shipping and a gift card i had from a friend. they didnt list if they were the HD or not so im hoping i got the right ones.

thanks for the help guys, this will be the first aluminum axle part ive put into a clod. i have the hot racing knuckles but never had to disassemble a clod axle to put in aluminum. and zyck, i will def be loc-titing(spelling?) the heck out of these. i would hate to have to rebuild a set of clod axles again, its a nitemare!

I love mine, sure they add weight yada yada yada, but I run my clods for fun, fun is not changing axle tubes here and there lol. All 3 of my clods have them and I will never switch back.
