I want to run these huge oversized links on my Zilla IV and the metal axle brace support is in the way and need's to come off for the new links to fit.

running a massive setup with dual 4600's I know the tubes with no brace's are going to snap.

I also have a new set of mip cvd's that need to go in still.

pretty much I am after a aluminum tube set strong enough where it does not need the support bracket it also need's to work with the mip cvd's I also need it to have the 2 holes already drilled out of the C's for the links to attach to the axle's.

I also would preffer one that is a straigh flush tube over the one's that have the stock ball shape that has no use to me anymore.

the integy one's dont look to bad but I dont like that ball part of them and not sure if they will accept the cvd's or not.

any suggestions on what tubes to get to fit the bill?

the integy (non-hd) one works fine with cvds...

looks like the JPS will fit the bill...i know there's some discussion about the wait and customer service lately, but i got quick service from him the few times i ordered...hopefully i dont experience the same misfortune as others have had...

i run 2-3s lipos on 4600s in a 9.5lb truck, and they havent broke yet...only gripe is that the link mounting points are machined flat- they're at an angle, so tightening the links a few times snugs them up...i did change from the setup in the pic though...

i now use the optional jps link attachments, but it ran ok with the link mounted directly to the tubes...

The integy axles are actually pretty decent for what they are. I run them with the cvds and they hold up just fine to bashing (much more so than the stock shafts and plastic tubes). If you must run with all four links mounted to the axle tube Cs then the integy's are your most economical choice.

the jps one's look nice but there wanting $140.00 for two tubes and two knuckles and that's plain silly price gouging there.

for there $280.00 I could do the tubes knuckles gear case's and all the gears in both axles all in aluminum for the same price or less.

if they were not so greedy i would have considered some of there stuff for my build but there way over priced on everything.

they do some good work and all but that dont mean double or triple the price instead they should compete at a decent price and flood the market but some company's dont seem to think to well when it comes to sales these days.

trucks look's great though!!

I like the pro-line tires in the first pic better though I cannot seem to find me a set of them anywhere in decent shape.

I've got a set of ProLine Pro-Tracs that aren't mounted to rims and a set that are glued to Ofna Dominator rims (18mm hex). Any interest in either set of four?

they are expensive...to me, they are much better quality than the integy stuff (which i also run on my other truck)...and they look nicer too...there was no way i was gonna buy a new one because of the price, so i got mine off ebay for a good price...

i have some hot racing aluminum stuff also, and wont buy their clod stuff ever again...i think the integy stuff is better than the hot racing clod stuff...

i love the giant tracs, as it did bite great on the grass we used to run at our old location...but the current grass surface we race on now seems to favor the b&h's i put on...

yeah i would grab them jps tubes for a good deal but new there out of my price range for something like that.

I will probably just go with integy.

also good to know the hot racing stuff aint so hot after all lol.

if I could not find the pro-line's I too was leaning toward the B&H's as next in line.

I like the looks of the rumbles but not the size would rather have a 7" in them.

I like the way these one's look also but never seen them in person and not sure if there way to stiff and also they look like there almost square so going straight there good but turning they may stick too good and just flip easier.

Makin' parts
If they are good quality parts that price is not out of line, expensive maybe, but not gouging by any means. I make steering knuckles and they are $25 a piece and that would make the JPS tubes Appx $45 each. The equipment to make those parts is expensive!! and aluminum is not cheap right now, plus the time it takes to make them. I know it seams like a lot of money but I know that I couldn't make aluminum tubes and knuckles for that price. So please be carefull what you call price gouging, this is not that at all. Integy's stuff is cheap Chinese aluminum it is not the same as good old 6061T6, that is why they are cheaper.

Not trying to start anything just pointing out facts about manufacturing RC components. Alot of people think it is easy and cheap, believe me it is neither.
