well. Here is my VXL powered ground Pounder. basically stock except for the driveshafts, and the replacement links.

The flags are held in with brightly colored zip ties. radio and servos are stock.

Looking good there. I have the VXL in one of my GPs. I never ran it with the stock tires. I bet your truck flies !

haha it does, its stopping from ful speed thats the killer on this thing. plans are to eventually convert it into a Metal Mulisha so it can come to Baltimore in 2013. Did I mention it donuts like crazy lol fun truck to drive

You're gonna want the mod 1 steel spur gear, if you don't already have it. You're definitely gonna want the hardened steel differential gears from CPE. The stock diff gears will hold up for awhile, but the power from the VXL will wear them out. If you do a lot of donuts, that will wear out the spider gears in the diffs..

i work in PG county. i work right in tuxedo, near hyattsville right off the B-W parkway/rte 50 exchange.

hit me up sometime and we can get together sometime. ive been trying to find more people around the area with r/c cars.
