The 5280 R/C pulling club held its second annual October Feat pull on saturday at May Farms in Byers colorado. Under sunny skys we saw some great pulling action. Classes in action were 4wd Trucks, 2wd Trucks, 2wd Super Modified and Modified Tractors, along with a Pro Stock Tractor Shoot Out. The 4wd trucks saw 5 trucks make a hook to the sled. with 30# in the sled Mistress, Bad To the Bone, Armageddon, and Liquid Assassion all make it out the back door. Voodoo Child ahd went out of bounds at 20'4". In the pull of with 50# Liquid Assassion won with a distance of 20'8". 2wd Trucks had 4 entrys take a chance at the sled. With 40# in the sled, Orange Blossome Special, Freedom Fighter, Crap-ola and the new truck (yet to be named) take it out the back door. IN the pull of with 60# Freedom Fighter won by an inch at 18'3". 2wd Super mod Trucks also had for trucks make a pull. With 60# in the seld Tug-o-War, Shockwave and Better Idea all went the 30 feet. Intimidator broke just bast the defult line and could not make the pull off. In the pull of with 80# Tug-o-War won with a mark of 21'7". Modified Tractors saw 3 Jet Machine Chassies make attempts at the sled. Mission Impossible, and Joker took 60# out the back door, wiht Ghost rider only going 26'11". In the pull of wiht 80# the Joker won with a distance of 20'3". In the pro stock shoot out Quarintine( 23'8") bet Centsless(17'1").
