I have a Question about the 4wd scratch built class Ive not been to a pull since last year , does the tlt1 tires pull as good as the pumpkin tires ? Just a wondering Im trying to get a 4wd built before the worlds , I dont know if ill have time or not . Well let me know.

Ed,
The pumpkin tire gives you just a little more wheel speed in dirt, but the tlt tires is closer to scale. So the choice is yours, more wheel speed or slower more realistic looks....J.J.

tlt tire

Ed,The tlt tire works really good if you turn it inside out melt the bead with a torch so it will adhere to the wheel your useing take a medium point marker
black of course and draw tractor treads on the tire they hook super good this way plus they dont tear the track up where it needs a lot of groomeing which
makes it nice for the track crew and the best thing when they wear down no more buying new tires just draw new treads on and your set to go again.

Terry, I cant believe that I never thought of that. I hate shapening tires and this would work so well. No more grinder for me. All that I will need I can keep in my pocket. An all new use for a Sharpie.
