Well started to accumulate parts so thought that I would start a thread. Building a stock clod with oil filled shocks and the CPE 4 link kit.

My latest build was similar. Sometime less expensive and less capable is just as fun to play with

due to the horrible storm last night i had no cable or internet. ill get photos tonight and upload them. build is as follows:

stock tub
CPE tub brace
CPE 4 link kit
CPE shock mounts
CPE servo mount
CPE servo
Ofna servo saver
CPE steering kit
CPE steering lockout
B&H tires

waiting on my shocks to get a roller going. seems to have little to no travel and the B&H tires hit the links a little bit on the back side. going to wait to install the shocks and see how it sits and how much travel the shocks have before i make any changes.

I did a similar build and used the level 3 lower 4 link axle mounts along with the CPE stock clod 4 link kit. It gave the clod an extra couple inches of wheelbase and the links don't interfere with the motors. Its one of my favorite clods, simple but very effective!:)
